Making a Reservation
Contact Maggie Josiah to make a reservation at AHI. She can be reached by phone at
256-0774033392 and by email at maggiejosiah@infocom.co.ug.
Please have the following information available:
- Arrival and Departure dates and times
- Group size & Composition (Men, Women, Kids, Couples, Families etc.)
- No. of meals / snacks needed
- Any food restrictions due to allergies, preferences or custom)
- Transportation needs
- Conference Center / Meeting supplies and services
Please do not make transportation reservations until Maggie has confirmed
your reservation. AHI only has six guesthouses and may not be able to accomodate your needs on short notice.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, Maggie will send you a confirmation email or contact you by phone.
Rates and Payment
Please contact Maggie for rates. Rates will vary according to season, group size, duration of
stay, use of facilities, conference services and menu selections.
AHI accepts payment by credit card through the AHI web site, money
orders or cash. All payments should be made in advance of your stay unless special arrangements are made with
Maggie Josiah.
Guesthouse Accomodations
Each guesthouse can accomodate two adults or two adults and a child. Standard amenities
include:
- Fresh bed linens
- Fresh towels
- Hot showers
- Laundry service
- Three delicious meals
- Regular room cleaning

- Filtered drinking water
- Electricity for lights and cell phone charging
- Private bathrooms
- Travel lunches / snacks
- In-room tea or coffee

Menu & Mealtimes:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day. Guests are welcome to join us for breakfast
from 8:00 am - 9:00 am, lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm and dinner from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Special arrangements for meal times, menu options, food or diet restrictions, and mid-morning
or afternoon snacks and beverages should be arranged in advance with Maggie Josiah.
Conference and Retreat Services:
- Room setups for presentations and breakouts
- Catered meals, snacks and beverages
- Chalkboards, Easels, Wall space for charts
- Conference center can accomodate 50 people
