Welcome to the African Hospitality Institute (AHI) community web site! Our desire is to serve the community, guests, staff and students through the development of community, vocational training in the hospitality industry and the creation of a retreat and conference center for guests and business teams.

Students learn professional housekeeping, cooking, and serving skills that provide competitive work skills. In addition, AHI's curriculum uniquely emphasizes customer service and leadership skills, character development and english language fluency.

Quote of the Year:

"Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "...holy cow... what a ride!"
